Terms of Service
TerrySoft ICT Company LTD provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service "Terms", which may be updated by us from time to time.
The terms stated below must be accepted before signing up for our service. In addition, when using our particular service(s), you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the "Terms".
Users must not make any illegal material/information available for download from any of our servers. This includes but is not limited to, intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks, software piracy, and patents held by individuals, corporations, or other entities.
TerrySoft will terminate the privileges of any user that commit repeat violations of copyright laws. Using our network to make available any obscene speech or material, or using our network to transmit, or post defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening language is banned.
Users must not attempt to access illegally or without authorization, computers, accounts, or networks belonging to another party, or attempting to penetrate security measures of another individual's system (hacking). Clients may not send email to anyone who does not wish to receive it. If a recipient asks to stop receiving email, the client must stop.
Clients are expressly prohibited from sending bulk mail messages ("junk mail" or "spam"). This includes, but is not limited to, bulk mailings of commercial advertising, informational announcements, and political tracts. Such material may only be sent to those who explicitly requested it.
Clients must safeguard their account passwords to prevent unauthorized access to their account. If any information is lost due to a client not protecting their passwords, TerrySoft will not be held responsible. Users must not engage in any activities that are determined to be illegal, including advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards, and pirating software.
Web Hosting Customers must not upload any pornographic or obscene material on our servers and if a user is caught doing so, then his account will be terminated immediately without refund and further legal action may also be taken against him.
If a hosting user is found breaking any of the above rules, his/her account will be immediately terminated and no money will be refunded in that case and if our company suffers any loss due to any such activity of the hosting client then he will be liable to compensate the company for the same.
Clients are expected to renew their accounts one (1) calendar month before expiration as failure will attract a late renewal fee of N5,000.00 shall be charged. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.
TerrySoft ICT Company LTD reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that TerrySoft shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
